What is the return and refund policy for Wine & Liquor and Food
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department at +386 40 805 761.
Per state law, alcohol returns and food returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, missing content should be not more than 1/10 of the total quantity.

Should you need to return an item for any reason, the buyer has the right to do this within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact our call customer service department at +386 40 805 761 for specific instructions

If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for return processing.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. For example, any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to a gift card. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. It may take up to 14 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Who covers the shipment cost of returning products?
The cost of delivery of damaged returned products is covered by the buyer. The costs of delivery of new suitable products are covered by us.
If you are eligible to return the product within 14 days of receiving the products send us a notice to our contact form After the notification has been sent and our feedback, send us a copy of your invoice and undamaged and unused products to our company headquarters. After receiving return products and invoice, we will refund the purchase price for your product within 14 days.
