Our wines represent our place and above all ourselves. The philosophy we follow is simple, we produce wines to our taste, only then can we present the wine to others on the basis of this, and we pay great attention to nature, vineyards and the land. All wines are aged in French barrels for at least a year, and later they are refined in bottles for several months. A special feature of the wine house is the production of wine in kvevri containers, Amphoras, which were brought from the ancient homeland of wines, Georgia. We are also known around the world for our wines, which is more than proven by the four-time ranking of the KABAJ wine cellar among the 100 best wine cellars in the world, selected by the elite American magazine Wine & Spirits.
