The wine is a deeper amber color. The bouquet is ripe, intense. It smells of dried figs and raisins, there are also oxidative notes that take us a bit into the world of sherry. Dry wine of high acids, with an oily texture. The aftertaste of dried figs and caramel takes us back to the world of sherry amontillado. Very unique, special, niche wine.
