The color is medium deep, dark golden yellow. The bouquet is moderately pronounced, ripe, mainly maturing tertiary notes, honey, butter, fur, dried flowers, oak, as well as some lemon and spruce tops. In the mouth the wine is dry, with an oily texture, medium body, moderate acids, the character in the mouth is moderately emphasized, compact. Medium long, warm, beautifully matured Malvasia, without roughness and edges.
