The bouquet is intense, especially fruity. We can smell aromas of ripe apricot, peach, red apple, yellow fig, grape berries in alcohol, mango and pineapple. Candied oranges are joined by notes of dandelion, wild mint and thyme. At the same time, we notice a slight note of dry straw, saffron, licorice and cloves.

Quality
Vinification: Wine made with two touches. We touch the grapes for the first time during the harvest, where we pluck them, grate them and pour them into oak barrels without a pump, add and mix for 7 months, and then carefully pour into bottles. The wine is without added sulfur.
Aging: Aging 7 months by maceration in oak barrels with customized lids.
