Quality
Vinification: Wine made with two touches. The grapes are first touched at harvest, where they are plucked, grated and poured into oak barrels without a pump, topped up and mixed for 8 months, then carefully poured into bottles. Lunar is a wine without added sulfur.
Aging: Aging 8 months by maceration in oak barrels with customized lids.
