Quality

Fully ripe, already slightly overripe grapes were macerated for 21 days after harvest, three times a day dipping the hat in a wooden barrel. Fermentation was spontaneous with its own yeasts. This was followed by flow and maturation with fine yeast for another year. Filled without filtration.
