Even with the merlot variety, we follow the old Vipava methods in processing and nurturing wine. The essence of good wine is the vineyard and everything connected with it. The cellar is just a place of peace, where the wine matures from the must. The paradox is that the smaller the presence of the cellar, the more pure and perfect the wine matures. In the vineyard, however, the opposite is true. The vine needs a lot of sun, and a little shade.

Quality
We macerated the grapes for 30 days with our own fungi, from grapes harvested in the pre-harvest. We poured the must with fine yeast into Slovenian oak barrels, where the wine developed its elegance without human touch.
