Vinification Hand-picked grapes, macerated for two weeks at temperatures up to 30oC, alcoholic fermentation with the help of own and selected yeasts, biological deacidification performed. Maturation One year of maturation in used French oak barrels and in stainless steel containers on dead yeast.
