50% Merlot , 50% Barbera
Product description
The dark ruby color is youthful, so a purple hue is visible on the edge. The bouquet and aroma are similar, very harmonious and of medium intensity. The aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries are joined by bitter cherries and even more dominant cherries. Overripeness and spiciness are expressed: kirsch and beeswax. Oak barrel brings additional fragrant attributes, so we detect smoked venison and ink. The composition of the aromas is considerable, which is why the aftertaste is so long-lasting. Taste: medium full and medium bitter and with an acidity that emphasizes tactile characteristics. Merlot contributed to the body, and barbera gave an acidic and aromatic addition, from which the original whole was formed.
