Ruby is a red variety consisting of 80% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon, to which sweet wine made from dried grapes is added. Merlot is macerated for 3 weeks, cabernet sauvignon for 2 weeks, and dried grapes for more than a month. The wine matures for two years in used barrels, and it is bottled without filtration for only the third year.MANUFACTURER

We recommend it for lighter venison, such as venison or mouflon fillets, and for combining meat with fruit sauces.
80% merlot, 20% cabernet sauvignon
Longer maceration, 24-month maturation in barrel barrels, then another year the varieties are matured together in a stainless steel container, followed by the addition of sweet wine from raisins. Further maturation takes place in bottles.
It is ruby red in color, extremely fruity flowers in forest fruits, and tastes a combination of freshness and velvety elegance.
