Ruby is a red variety consisting of 80% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon, to which sweet wine made from dried grapes is added. Merlot is macerated for 3 weeks, cabernet sauvignon for 2 weeks, and dried grapes for more than a month. The wine matures for two years in used barrels, and it is bottled without filtration for only the third year.

Recommended use

Quality
Longer maceration, 24-month maturation in barrel barrels, then another year the varieties are matured together in a stainless steel container, followed by the addition of sweet wine from raisins. Further maturation takes place in bottles.
