GUERILA SELECTION BARBERA
Manual harvesting of biodynamically grown grapes, with selection of grapes in the vineyard. Long maceration and spontaneous fermentation with own yeasts. Spontaneous biological deacidification. The wine matures for a year and a half on lees in a traditional large oak barrel. It is bottled without filtration and with minimal addition of sulfur.
