GUŠTIN MERLOT (fresh)

The white label indicates fresh Guštin wines. The grapes are harvested when they reach normal maturity. We do not macerate it in the basement.
The wine matures in a stainless steel container for one year on its lees with stirring and minimal addition of sulfur. That's how he got his
