The black label indicates mature Guštin wines that deserve the name '-Premium-'. Grapes are harvested when maximum ripe with already brown pips and with stalks. Maceration takes place in the cellar for up to 26 days. The wine is then matured in oak bariq barrels one
year on its lees, it is mixed with minimal addition of sulfur. Before bottling, the wine matures for another year in stainless steel barrels, only then we bottle it, where it matures for another 2 to 5 years before we offer it to our customers.
