A very unusual variety offers a deep purple color and a fragrant youthful bouquet reminiscent of a basket of fruits, from blueberries, strawberries to cherries in the background, here we find some notes of smoke. The bouquet is really colorful and inviting. The wine is dry in the mouth, despite the extremely high level of alcohol it does not burn for a moment, but it clearly shows that we are talking about high numbers. The tannins are higher but not high enough to offer a firm grip and maturation potential, as the wine is still very young, even if ready to drink. A completely new face of Istrian red wine, which impresses with its fruitiness, sincerity and youth. If you have at least a little research spirit, this is a try.
