Merlot is a traditional variety and is ranked among the greatest red wines. On the marc we let it simmer until it boils the last gram of sugar. It matures for a long time in new oak barrels so that the sharp edges created by the long maceration and the new barrel are rounded off and the wine becomes smooth, beautiful and more round. The wine lies on the sediment all the time and we do not overflow it, so there is no flow on the sediment. This is how we get the merlot, which we have to pay attention to so that we can fully feel and understand it.

Recommended use
It is excellent in combination with good cheese. Definitely this wine is the main courses, good dinners, even lunches.
Quality
Grapes are desteemed and put in vinificator with skins where the fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. When the fermentation is finished we wait for another week and after that grapes are pressed and racked in barriques.
