Recommended use
The sweet tannins combine extremely nicely with some juicy steak, but if you want a crazy combination, then try it with noble cheese.
Quality
Grapes are desteemed and put in vinificator with skins where the fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. When the fermentation is finished we wait for another week and after that grapes are pressed and racked in barriques.
