The color is opaque ruby in the style of serious cabernet. The scent is calm but multi-layered and harmonious. In the style of good burgundy, we notice a compact mix of red and dark red fruits, surrounded by a fine note of ripening in oak. It is dry in the mouth with a nice amount of tannins and acids that reflect the nature of the variety, the climate and the vineyard. Compact, solid wine.

Grapes are desteemed and put in vinificator with skins where the fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. When the fermentation is finished we wait for another week and after that grapes are pressed and racked in barriques.
