MOVIA VELIKO MERLOT
The aromas are intense, ripe. Already at the time of soaking, we notice the intensity of ripe black berries, black cherries, plums, black olives, and mulberries, then we notice notes of dried red roses, which are soon joined by notes of long ripening in barrels. We notice chocolate, ground coffee, locust beans, cloves, liquorice and notes of smoke. Finally, we also have notes of leather, humus and smoke.

Vinification: The grapes are grated and placed in a grape skin vinifier (maceration), where fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. When the fermentation is complete, wait another week, then squeeze the grapes and pour into barriques. We make a selection of exceptional barriques (three this year).
Aging: Barrique barrels (225 l French oak) 48 months.
