Quality
The grapes are picked at full maturity. Strawberries are separated from the grape stalk before pressing. After pressing, the must is poured into a container where fermentation takes place at room temperature for one week. After fermentation, the wine rests for three months in a stainless steel tank. After this time, 40% of the wine is poured into "barrique" barrels for four months. After four months, the wine is mixed together again and bottled.
