Only 1700 bottles of pure Merlot harvested in a vineyard over 35 years old, spontaneously fermented with 10 days maceration on the skins, aged in large barrels for at least 7 years. For those who believe that Oslavia is only and exclusively macerated whites, Dario Princic offers an opportunity to appreciate the territory in the round, affirming once again that it is not the type (white or red) that counts but the land and tradition. An intense wine, very rich, multifaceted, super complex and still in full balance. It's hard to be disappointed with any of its wines.
