The son of the sun, tasted a few months after bottling in appearance shows off all his youth. The color is ruby red of intense shades with barely noticeable purple hues. The aroma is fruity with blackberries in the foreground, followed by plums and cherries on the fruit side and tobacco and pepper among the ripening aromas. Elegance and balance are present in the mouth. Despite the fact that the wine is still very young, nothing stands out, which does not mean that it does not have a very long life ahead of it. Quite the opposite. The acid is perceptible but pleasant, the tannins are soft and supple. Individual varieties are indistinguishable in taste, all merge into one whole.

Information
Recommended use

Red wine suitable for less fatty pieces of meat. Medium roast beefsteak in different variants is a good choice.

Ingredients

Refošk 55% (Bologna), Cabernet sauvignon 35% (Kocina), Cipro 10% (Terrace)

Quality

Mashing in the tub is followed by 5 days of maceration, after which the mash is sprayed and poured into wooden barrels, where alcoholic fermentation and biological deacidification continue. After lying on the lees for 12 months, the wine is poured into a stainless steel container, where it is naturally sedimented. When it reaches the appropriate level of clarity, it is bottled without filtration.
