To make rose wine, grapes of the merlot variety are harvested when ripe. We then grind it in the cellar and macerate it for a day and we obtain a pleasant rose color. It then matures in a stainless steel container on its lees for another year. This way it retains its freshness and gets a seal
master. We then bottle the wine and store it in the cellar, where it waits for sale for another 6 to 12 months before it is ready for
our customers.
