The color of the wine is golden yellow, with shades of green, brilliant. The sparkle is accentuated by filigree tiny bubbles that are intense and persistent. The scent is very intense and fine. Aromas of citrus, peach, Mediterranean spices are intertwined, with brioche and bread crust in the background. The elegant sparkling wine tastes extremely dry, with a pleasant freshness and minerality, and the aftertaste is extremely long and clean.

Quality
Manual early harvesting of biodynamically grown grapes. Short maceration of grape mash, pressing and decantation of must. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation of wine in steel tanks, on dead yeast. The sparkling wine is produced according to the classic process with secondary alcoholic fermentation in a bottle and prolonged aging on yeast (at least 36 months). Degorging without shipping liqueur.
