Recommended use
It can be enjoyed on its own, but will be elegantly accompanied by steak tartare, salmon in teriyaki sauce or other Asian-inspired dishes, even with grilled tuna steak.

Quality
Vinification: Grapes are grated and squeezed after 14 days of maceration and the grape juice is allowed to clean naturally. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and ends in barrels.
After 1 year of aging, the wine is bottled together with about 7% of grape juice from the current year - instead of liqueur, which is used in the classic method of sparkling wine (puro is without expedition liqueur). Grape juice contains natural sugar (fructose) and indigenous yeasts. Puro is a sparkling wine without added sulfur.
Aging: Barrique barrels (225 l French oak) 12 months.
