Zelen is an old local vine of the Vipava region. During the Austro-
Hungarian monarchy, was also known in Vienna. It's wine golden yellow with a fantastic sheen. It's a flower accentuated, varietal and gives a nice floral note. It smells like dried apricots, but it is also somewhat herbal, clear and
tempting. In the mouth, the wine is dry, light and moderately sour, with
nice intensity of taste.

Product description
Deeper golden yellow color. The bouquet is intense, fruity, with very well preserved fruitiness. Ripe pineapple, dried apricots, lime, a little spicy, nicely varied. Dry in the mouth, medium body with an oily texture and moderate acids. Fuller flavor, with a long set. Richer, fuller style green and just beautifully crafted! Pleasant surprise.
