Quality
According to the tradition of the Vipava Valley, pinela is macerated for 5 days without temperature control. Pinela fermented only with its own yeasts harvested in the pre-harvest. This was followed by 24 months of maturation in Slovenian oak barrels, where it enriched harmony and completed biological deacidification.
