As a variety, it can be a bit reserved, almost apathetic, unless we take it to the extreme. We pluck it at full maturity (not overripeness). It preserves the freshness that is not always present in Brda Pinot Gris. When he is young, he looks a bit uncut, always full, stronger. A rare style on our ends: either you love it or you don’t. It is more reminiscent of the Alsatian style than anything else.

Product description
The colour is medium deep, golden with a gentle onion-skin hue. Quite discrete on the nose, delicate, fruity. Red apples, peach, juicy yellow fruits. Also, slightly spicy - nutmeg, vanilla. Clearly revealing that Pinot Gris is an aromatic grape variety. Dry, with buttery texture, medium to full bodied with a rather high levels of acidities for a Pinot Gris from Brda. Intense and rich, warm but, not too hot. Nicely balanced. A true specimen of a first-class Brda Pinot Gris.
