On our estate we produce an old variety of pinela, which matures into a top quality wine on Planina. The wine is a vibrant greenish-yellow color with a pronounced varietal bouquet, reminiscent of citrus and dried flowers. The taste of the wine is full and rich. To maintain adequate freshness, it is cellared exclusively in stainless steel containers.

Pinela and zelén are old varieties of the Vipava Valley. As early as 1844, Matija Vertovec mentioned them in his book Vinoreja za Slovence among noble varieties.
