Jakot is a varietal white wine, better known from the past as Friulian Tokaj. The must for this wine begins to ferment without cooling, with two days of maceration. Fermentation continues and ends in a large wooden barrel. The wine is then aged for a year in this barrel on its own lees, without flows. The first flow is made one year before harvesting in a stainless steel tank, where it is only cleaned and stabilized for another year, so that after two years of maturation it can be bottled in the cellar without filtration.MANUFACTURER

48-hour maceration, 12-month maturation on fine lees in a large oak barrel, then another 12 months in a stainless steel container. Bottled after two years of maturation in an underground cellar, further maturation takes place in bottles.
