GUERILA SELECTION REBULA
Manual harvesting of biodynamically grown grapes with selection of grapes in the vineyard. Stalking and one-week maceration of grape mash. Mild pressing and spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts in a large barrel. Spontaneous biological deacidification. The wine matures for one year on its own lees in a large traditional barrel. It is bottled without filtration and with minimal addition of sulfur.
