mature, with already brown pips. The cellar undergoes maceration for up to 5 days with natural fermentation and with its own yeasts. Wine
then matures in oak barrels of barriques for one year, it is mixed so that the fine yeasts leave the wine its character or. the seal of the master at
minimal addition of sulfur. Before bottling, the wine matures for another year in stainless steel barrels, only then is it bottled where
matures for another 9 months before we offer it to our customers.
