Type of St. Mihael (40% Pinot Blanc; 60% Sauvignon) is named after Šmihel, where we have two vineyards of Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and some Malvasia. The wine is straw yellow in color, with a fine and rich aroma. The emphasis is on dry hay, accompanied by linden blossom, ripe apples, dried apricots and pears, and at the end we feel the touch of elderberry. Its taste is soft and fresh, rounded off by elegance and durability.
