‘Ravan’ is the house name for the local variety formerly known as Tocai Friulano. Certain smoothness and even elegance not so common in white wines of prolongued maceracion balances the vivid funkyness and energy. Complex aromatics vary from passion fruit through dandelion and spicy tones. On the palate it feels as wne of medium weight, developing after each sip.
