Pleasantly warm, dry, fresh and mineral.
It goes well with smoked fish, veal, lamb, fuži with truffles, aged cheese.
Chardonnay 40%, pinela 40% and ribula 20%
Vinification: fermentation of chardonnay and pinela in a stainless steel container with controlled temperature until two thirds of sugar is returned, then flow into an oak barrel (tin), addition of rebula with strawberry skin, further fermentation by maceration at natural temperature. Maturation: without flow, maturation takes place in an oak barrel for 24 months by mixing - lifting the yeast (concreting). Then flow into a stainless steel container and mature for 6 months. Bottling: without cleaning and without filtration, maturation in the bottle for 6 months, 2500 bottles
