Medium deep golden yellow with a greenish tinge. It's not completely clear. The bouquet is youthful, slightly after peeled apples, lemons, the variety is quite blurred. Dry in the mouth, with a fairly oily texture for the variety. Medium body and moderate acids. A slight oxidative note after peeled apples also dominates in the mouth. Salty, longer, good green.
