It is safe to say that chardonnay is a true indicator of the area and reflects the contact of the sunny Mediterranean and the Alps in mineral directions. Clear yellow with shades of gold. Quality
Grapes are desteemed and put in vinificator with skins. After 2 days of cold maceration we press the grapes and naturally clarify the grape juice. Fermentation then starts in the inox tanks and finishes in the barriques.
