Recommended use
It is a harmonious Malvasia that will go well with roasted fish or baked white meat dishes. Also some carpaccio or steak tartare will spice it up nicely.

Quality
Vinification: Grapes are grated and placed in a vinifier (cold maceration) with whole berries. After 2 days of maceration, the grapes are squeezed, and fermentation with indigenous yeasts begins. This is followed by 8 months of maturation on the sediment.
Aging: 8 months in Egg Inox steel containers.
