Quality
Vinification: Early morning harvest, the grapes are read and grated in one hour and already on maceration. After five days, the grapes are squeezed and finally the must is vinified in barriques. After one year, the wine is filled. We make a selection of exceptional barriques (three this year).
Aging: 12 months in barrels of 225l.
