Indigenous white wine that thrives only in the upper Vipava Valley. Light wine with a lower alcohol level. It has a unique but intense aroma that is hard to describe. After harvesting, the grapes are removed from the stalk and then squeezed. The juice is purified with nitrogen and then poured into stainless steel tanks for further fermentation and aging.
