Jakot is a precious portrait of Collio, an extreme and unconventional orange wine based on Friulano grapes, produced with long maceration and aging for 42 months in barrels, without filtration. Notes of dehydrated fruit, glazed hints and sweet notes of honey and vanilla come together in a voluminous, deep and material texture, rich in flavor and freshness.
