Straw yellow with greenish hues on the edges. The smell is open and medium intense. In the year 2017, Muscat is somewhat in the background, despite the fact that Momjan and Dol represent as much as 20% of this species. This is followed by a floral perception of linden and a fruity perception of pear, apple and peach. In the mouth, the wine is dry but soft, light and gives a pleasant feeling of freshness. The aftertaste is medium long.

Recommended use

Lightweight variety suitable for combinations with vegetable dishes. It goes well with warm appetizers, such as various vegetable risottos, but it can also be served with stews, where it is otherwise difficult to find the right abinations. Even lighter fish plates are not defended.

Ingredients

Dolski Muscat, Istrian White, White Refošk, Izolanka, White Borgonja, Pagadebiti, Malvasia, Momjan Muscat, Pine, Canary

Quality

In principle, we measure the maturity of the average sample of all varieties and, when appropriate, pick it. In the cellar, the grapes are crushed and immediately squeezed and scraped with t.i. flotation method. This is followed by fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is poured into wooden barrels, where it is aged for four months, then filtered and bottled.
