I use a Tuam Vinetou taxi service many years for a private tours as well as for my business transfers. Last time I was at Ljubljana Airport my flight had a delay for two and half hours. I have been quite a worried that I will be late at meeting because a flight delays. Even if I know that a taxi driver is a obliged to wait one hour for a customer at airport arrival my arrival was even later. When finaly I reached airport I have been quite surprised to see that TuamV taxi driver is still there and waiting for me. I have asked my driver if is possible to speed a little with a car ride and because of driver expertise (and empty roads I guess) I caught the meeting. I always ordered a TuamV taxi service. They are located in the same area as I live and I know them very well. I have ordered a taxi from Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport as usual but this time TuamV taxi surprised me. The driver welcomed me at the arrivals. He arrive punctual as usual but his luxurious car was something that I have not expected. I usually order a comfort style of taxi transfer and the car is usually very comfortable minivan - Comfort style is also the cheapest one in theirs offer. So when I saw the driver and E class Mercedes to waiting for me I was a little bit shocked. After the first reaction I have become a bit proud and also a little bit worried. Even thou my ride was a short one only from a Ljubljana Airport to the Bled Lake I started to worry about the price of this kind of taxi transfer. The driver calm me down and said that he will offer me a big discount for this service. I felt like I was very important person since this type of service include a little snack and a drink in the car. At the final destination the driver explain to me that they decided to give me this taxi ride for free because I'm a loyal guest. This action convinced me to stayed with a these company also in the future.
